Anyone notice that it's hot outside? We all hear it all the time- stay hydrated. And now that we sweat more than usual, it's critical to drink more water. Normally we should drink 8 glasses of water per day. In this heat we should try to drink even more than that. Eating fruits and vegies that contain a lot of water helps as well. Think watermelon, cucumbers, grapefruit. Pay attention to your pee. If it's dark, you're dehydrated. Do One Thing now and have some water!
