Do One Thing today for yourself and get outside for a walk every day this week. And why not, it's easy to get started!

You don't need to join the gym, buy fancy equipment or drive somewhere. Just put on a comfortable pair of shoes and go outside your door. You can walk a couple of times a day for shorter periods or just do one bigger walk. Remember, walking has been proven to reduce stress, help with weight loss and lowers the risk of cancer.
